Ria Ricis's Response After Officially Divorcing Teuku Ryan, Lawyer: Sad But Must Be Implemented

"Of course, there is sadness, but it must be implemented," said Hendra Siregar at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Friday (3/5/2024).

Hendra Siregar said, Ria Ricis has not made a statement after officially divorcing Teuku Ryan. "The message is still the same as yesterday, like the contents of the letter that we have read, nothing more than that, hopefully the friendship won't be broken," said Hendra Siregar.

Although they have officially divorced, Ria Ricis still maintains a good relationship with Teuku Ryan. "So far, yes. Everything is fine," concluded Hendra Siregar.

As known, the South Jakarta Religious Court granted the divorce lawsuit filed by Ria Ricis against Teuku Ryan. Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan's divorce decision was made through e-court on Monday (2/5/2024).

"In the main case, the plaintiff's lawsuit is granted, and the defendant is ordered to grant a minor divorce to the plaintiff," said Taslimah, the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta Religious Court, at her office on Friday (3/5/2024).

Taslimah said that, in the verdict, the panel of judges also granted several other demands from Ria Ricis to Teuku Ryan.

Among them is granting the demand for custody of the child to Ria Ricis. However, Ria Ricis still allows Teuku Ryan to meet their child, Moana.

"The child of the plaintiff and the defendant is under the care and custody of the plaintiff. Provided that the defendant is not hindered from expressing affection towards the child and the defendant is ordered to pay for the child's expenses until they reach adulthood and become independent," said Taslimah.

Then in the verdict, Teuku Ryan is obliged to provide child support until they reach adulthood and independence amounting to IDR 10 million per month. "There is, there is a nominal, amounting to 10 million per month," concluded Taslimah.
