1. Selective Skin Care Product Choice

Having sensitive skin makes Ricky Harun unable to carelessly try skin care products available in the market. He has to be very selective in choosing products that are safe and do not trigger negative reactions on his face.

"My skin is dry, and I have sensitive skin. So I can't just use any product; it has to be something that can clean well. No, it has to be something that is specifically for sensitive and dry skin," said Ricky Harun when met in South Jakarta on Wednesday (26/11/2025).

2. Severe Skin Irritation

The son of Donna Harun then shared his unpleasant experience during the face cleansing process after shooting. He once experienced quite disturbing irritation due to using a cleanser that contained alcohol, which turned out to be unsuitable for his skin condition.

"Previously, when I was shooting, I used makeup, like foundation, to cover up. Then afterward, I had to clean it with something that had alcohol in it. It made my skin red and stinging," he said.

3. Valuable Lesson About Makeup

The incident became a valuable lesson for this star of the soap opera Ganteng Ganteng Serigala. Since that moment, Ricky has become more cautious. He started to limit the use of heavy makeup unless absolutely necessary to maintain the health of his skin.

"Since then, I have never used heavy makeup again, and I have to be selective with the cleansers too," Ricky emphasized.
