Since childhood, he has been aware of this difference, but only recently has he spoken openly about it.

"I'm color blind, bro. Yeah, because I've been like this since birth, right?" said Rio Dewanto quoted from the YouTube channel Tuah Kreasi.

2. Letting Go of the Dream of Being a Graphic Designer

In his interview with Praz Teguh, Rio revealed that this condition forced him to let go of his dream of being a graphic designer, choosing to study in the field of Advertising as an alternative.

"I know solid colors. But when it comes to mixed colors, I took the test back then because I liked to draw. I had a chance to take the test for visual communication design, sorry, graphic design," said the husband of Atiqah Hasiholan.

"Well, there was a perspective drawing and in the second test, there were dot-dot (dots) where you could see numbers and letters inside. I couldn't see some of them. There were many pages that I didn't know. They weren't visible to my eyes," he continued.

3. Report to Mom

When he realized something was wrong with his vision, Rio immediately reported it to his mother. After a check-up by the doctor, this 37-year-old man turned out to be partially color blind.

"After that, I told my mom. Then I was taken to an eye doctor. They checked, and yes, I am partially color blind. But I have had many symptoms; I've felt it since I was little," said this father of one.
