The passing of Gamila Asyaira Putri Pradana, the fourth daughter of Rizal Armada, leaves questions about the main cause. Rizal emphasizes that during the pregnancy, his wife's health condition was very good and she regularly had monthly check-ups.

However, an unexpected medical condition occurred in the womb that caused the baby to lose its life. The cause of the baby's death was only confirmed after the normal delivery process was completed.

It turns out that there was a problem with the umbilical cord that was wrapped very tightly due to the baby's active movements. This condition caused the flow of essential nutrients from the mother to the fetus to suddenly stop.

"And after the baby was born, it was discovered that the little one was tangled. So the baby, the umbilical cord, was not wrapped around like this (neck), but the baby, thank God, by Allah's permission, was very active, so it was like the umbilical cord was tangled like we are wringing clothes. So that is what prevents food intake and everything from getting to the baby," said Rizal Armada at TPU Jombang, South Tangerang, Friday (23/1/2026).

The term "tangled" or twisted is explained by Rizal as the main cause that blocks the food intake channel. The wrapping was so tight that there was no gap for the intake from Monica's body to reach her baby. This is purely due to the factor of qodarullah and not because of any disease disturbance in the mother.

"Yes, when washing clothes, if it is wrung out, it gets twisted, and the same goes for the umbilical cord. So the food supply from the mother to the baby is hindered because of that tight twist, so it cannot get through. That is what makes qodarullah (the decree of God) for Gamila return to basecamp (heaven)," he said.

Rizal also recounted that before the incident, the 4D ultrasound examination showed very satisfactory results. There were no indications of any medical abnormalities in the baby's organs or the physical condition of the wife.

Everything appeared normal and healthy until fate decided otherwise for his little daughter.

"His wife, thank God, by God's permission, has no illness. So on the 10th, that means 12-13 days ago, we just did the monthly check-up. Because for babies, they need to be checked every month, and the monthly check-up showed everything was good, the graph was good. Thank God the weight is good, there are no illnesses, the 4D was also good, everything was just fine," he said.
