Rizky Billar Processes 6 Hoax Accounts Until Completion, Does Not Open Peaceful Channels

Rizky Billar's decision not to pursue a peaceful settlement was confirmed after the report against six accounts entered the realm of the police. He believes that the legal process needs to continue as a form of enforcement of regulations regarding allegations of hoaxes and defamation.

His attorney stated that the account owners who were reported are even unaware that they have been reported. "These accounts don't even know that we've reported them. So let's just let the process unfold as it is," concluded Sadrakh.

Sadrakh's statement was made while accompanying Billar at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters. He emphasized that there are no special steps other than waiting for the investigation process and the legal stages that apply on Friday (31/7/2026).

2. Has Forgiven in Previous Reports

Billar stated that this situation is not the first time he has faced a similar case. He referred to a previous incident when a reported individual from Aceh was processed.

"Because this is not the first time either, previously a person from Aceh claimed to be my employee, they were called in, and almost became a suspect at that time," he said.

In that case, he chose to forgive after the mediation process. "It's just that after the mediation process was conducted, I'm not a hard-hearted person, so we decided to just let it go," Billar added.

3. This Time Choosing to Complete the Process

Reflecting on previous experiences, Billar emphasized that he will not soften his stance on the ongoing report. He mentioned that legal steps are being taken to provide a lesson to social media users.

"But for this time, it seems we agree to proceed with the hope of creating a deterrent effect for people to be more careful in social media," he asserted.

Billar and his legal team stated they will follow every necessary step and await developments in handling the report without opening the option for a peaceful settlement.
