Rizky Febian Surprised to be Reported by Teddy Pardiyana, Lawyer of Late Lina Jubaedah Reveals Shocking Facts

Kapanlagi.com - Last May, Teddy Pardiyana's legal team visited Bareskrim Polri, South Jakarta. Their visit was to file a complaint before reporting the alleged unauthorized asset takeover by RF alias Rizky Febian.

The asset is a building that has been turned into a 32-room boarding house. The building, which Teddy admitted to buying in partnership with the late Lina Jubaedah, is located in the Bojongsoang area of Bandung.

News of Teddy Pardiyana's complaint to the police before reporting the alleged asset takeover also reached Rizky Febian's ears. The young man told the media that he was surprised that his stepfather intended to imprison him.

"I was surprised that suddenly he wanted to report me. I will just follow the process," said Rizky during a call conference with his lawyer in Bandung on Monday (6/6).

2. Many Thoughts

So far, Teddy Pardiyana has only filed a complaint with the police. As a widower with one child, he hopes that Rizky Febian will give him IDR 500 million as compensation for the asset. When asked for comment, the singer handed over the entire process to his lawyer.

"As for that, I have already left it to my lawyer. Right now, I have many things to think about, not just this. So let the lawyer explain it," said the boyfriend of Mahalini.

3. Boarding House Belongs to Rizky Febian

Meanwhile, Aburrahman T Pratomo as the legal representative of Lina Jubaedah explained that the boarding house acknowledged by Teddy Pardiyana as his own actually belongs to Rizky Febian. Lina bought the asset worth Rp 2 billion using the money from her son's work contract.

"The late Lina's explanation for the source of funds from Rizky that entered her account was used to buy a boarding house worth around Rp 2 billion. It was not inherited, it was Rizky's personal funds," Abdurrahman firmly stated at the same occasion.
