Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial of Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah continues at the South Jakarta District Court. The agenda this time is still the same as the previous hearing, namely witnesses who are knowledgeable about their household.
The witness from Ruben present in the trial is their children's caregiver, Thalia Putri Onsu and Thania Putri Onsu. This witness was requested by the panel of judges.
"Today's agenda is the witness from the plaintiff's side. We are presenting a witness who is an employee from the plaintiff and defendant, which is the babysitter of the children of the plaintiff and defendant," said Tiara Octavia, as Ruben's legal team, after the trial, Tuesday (3/9/2024).
The request to present the children's caregiver by the panel of judges is based on the belief that this person knows the ins and outs of the couple's household. Every day, the caregiver is in the same house as Ruben and Sarwendah.
"The babysitter has been working with the plaintiff and the defendant for five years now," said Tiara.
After this witness agenda, the divorce trial of both parties will enter its final chapter. Following the conclusion agenda, the trial will proceed to the decision agenda.
Unfortunately, Tiara cannot confirm whether Ruben will attend the decision agenda. Moreover, from the beginning of the trial until now, Ruben has not attended any of the divorce hearings he initiated.
Ruben filed for divorce from Sarwendah on June 11, 2024, after about 11 years of marriage and having been blessed with two children, including Betrand Peto, their adopted son. Currently, they have also separated into different homes.
