Kapanlagi.com - Actress Sandra Dewi is likely to be summoned to the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia (Kejagung) to be questioned as a witness in the corruption case of PT Timah, which involves her husband, Harvey Moeis. The summons is due to her status as Harvey's wife, as she is suspected of being involved in the embezzlement of corrupt funds.
"It is possible that she will be asked for clarification. As long as there are legal facts, nothing is impossible," said Ketut Sumedana, Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia, on Wednesday (3/4/2024).

Unfortunately, the Attorney General's Office still cannot speak much about the plan to summon the 40-year-old woman. The investigators are still searching for evidence of Sandra's involvement in harboring the proceeds of corruption.
"We will see how the investigators dig into the law enforcement process," said Ketut Sumedana.
As reported, the Indonesian Attorney General's Office has named Harvey Moeis as a suspect in the corruption case of tin commodity trading in the Mining Business License or IUP area of PT Timah.
It is known that between 2018 and 2019, Harvey Moeis is said to have facilitated illegal mining activities in the IUP area of PT Timah as an extension of PT RBT. Harvey played a role in finding partners for the rental of tin smelting equipment in these illegal mining activities.
Harvey Moeis is now detained after being named a suspect. The father of two children is charged with Article 2 paragraph (1), Article 3 jo Article 18 of the Corruption Law jo Article 55 paragraph (1) ke-1 of the Criminal Code for involvement in illegal consideration practices at PT Timah.
Unfortunately, Sandra Dewi's whereabouts are still unknown. When the Kejagung investigators conducted a search of her house on Monday (1/4/2024) yesterday, Sandra Dewi was not at the location. The search process was only witnessed by the local neighborhood association chairman and Sandra Dewi's assistant.
