Also Defendant in Former Housekeeper's Lawsuit Regarding Late Mother's Land Letter, Nirina Zubir: What Else?

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Nirina Zubir, accompanied by her husband, Ernest, attended the State Administrative Court, PTUN Jakarta, on Tuesday (2/4/2024). She became a defendant in a lawsuit filed by her mother's former housekeeper, Riri Khasmita.

On that occasion, Nirina admitted that she was surprised when she became involved in the case.

"I was more surprised about what else. This Pulo Gebang is like my own place, for Na it's far, Na is from the West region, all the way to Pulo Gebang. How could she sue me here?" said Nirina at PTUN Jakarta, Pulo Gebang, East Jakarta, on Tuesday (2/4/2024).

1. Nirina Confused

Nirina felt confused when she found out about the lawsuit. However, she believed that the lawsuit was filed because Nirina and her family had already regained some of their rights.

"Nirina was just confused, like yesterday we have returned it, maybe they protested because of that. But they said there was a legal defect, this person is so brave," she said.

The star of the movie KELUARGA CEMARA also revealed her reason for attending the trial. She said that she was only trying to respect the legal process.

"The point is, we're here, respecting the law. Na is also a defendant, Na came, Na faced it. Na will side with BPN, how brave to sue BPN," said Nirina.

2. Riri Wants to Disturb Her Family

Furthermore, Nirina suspects that there is an effort from the plaintiff to disturb her and her family. Even though the court has stated that the person is guilty in the land mafia case.

"I don't really know, the main goal is actually to keep bothering our family, but it's okay, let's face it, but the point is, Na just wants to say that you're really brave, even the government gets brushed off," she said.

In her lawsuit, Riri Khasmita sued the Head of the Regional Office of BPN DKI Jakarta for returning the land documents to Nirina's family, who are the rightful heirs.

Previously, Riri and Edrianto were sentenced to 13 years in prison in the land mafia case. They were charged with Article 264 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 clause 1 of the Criminal Code, and Article 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning money laundering in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
