Sandra Dewi's Husband Named Harvey Moeis Established as Corruption Suspect, Evidence Related to Crazy Rich Helena Lim!

Kapanlagi.com - A new suspect has been established in the case of alleged corruption in the tin commodity business of the Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) of PT Timah Tbk for the period of 2015 to 2022. Previously known as the crazy rich of Pantai Indah Kapuk, Helena Lim, this time it is Harvey Moeis, the husband of actress Sandra Dewi.

Hervey's status as a suspect was established on Wednesday (27/3/2024) after investigators examined 148 witnesses. After the examination, the father of two was considered to have sufficient evidence to warrant an increase in status.

1. Evidence that Traps Harvey Moeis

The evidence linking Harvey Moeis occurred in 2018 when he, as a representative of PT RBT, contacted the suspect RZ, the director of PT Timah Tbk. At that time, Harvey accommodated illegal tin mining in the IUP area of PT Timah Tbk.

Subsequently, a meeting took place between Harvey and RZ, and after several meetings, an agreement was reached to lease tin smelting processing equipment. At that time, Harvey conditioned PT SIP, CV VIP, PT SBS, and PT TIN smelters to participate in the activity.

From there, Harvey Moeis instructed the smelter owners to provide benefits under the pretext of Corporate Social Responsibility funds. The funds were given through PT QSE, facilitated by Helena Lim.

2. Directly Undergo Detention

Based on this evidence, Harvey Moeis is charged with Article 2 Paragraph (1) and Article 3 jo. Article 18 of the Indonesian Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended and supplemented by Law Number 20 of 2001 jo. Indonesian Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Amendments to the Indonesian Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes jo. Article 55 Paragraph (1) ke-1 of the Criminal Code.

Harvey is immediately detained at the Salemba Branch of the South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office Detention Center for the next 20 days. Starting from March 27, 2024, until April 15, 2024.
