Release of the Song 'Ramadhan Penuh Cinta', Budi Doremi Reveals that it was Written in Only Three Days - Inspired by Childhood

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Budi Doremi recently released his latest work titled 'Ramadhan Penuh Cinta'. This is also the first time for the 39-year-old singer to write a song about Ramadhan.

When met at Kapanlagi youniverse, Central Jakarta, on Monday (25/3), Budi Doremi explained that the song was created in a short period of time. He mentioned that the lyrics for the song 'Ramadhan Penuh Cinta' were completed in just three days.

1. There's a Challenge for Budi Doremi

Budi also feels that this song is increasingly challenging for him. How could he not, Budi who is on vacation with his family is disturbed because he was entrusted to create and sing the song Ramadhan Penuh Cinta.

"It's quite difficult because of limited time. Writing the lyrics only took three days. This song is difficult because it was worked on during a family vacation," said Budi Doremi.

"While on a family vacation, I was given the mandate to create and sing this song," he continued.

2. Encouragement Invitation

When asked further, Budi explained that there is no special meaning implied in this song. This song is an invitation to encourage Muslims to observe the fasting of Ramadan.

"Ramadhan penuh cinta (Ramadan full of love) is actually just surface level, this song doesn't have a lot of implied messages. It's purely a frame, so if you ask what message it has, well, let's be enthusiastic about fasting," he said.

3. Childhood Memories

In addition, he also shared the inspiration behind writing his new single. Apparently, his childhood memories of Ramadan became Budi Doremi's main idea for writing the lyrics.

"From my childhood memories of Ramadan because it was the best memory when we were fasting during that time," he explained.

"For me, Ramadan during my childhood was enjoyable, so I want people to experience it from their point of view," he added.
