Sarwendah Prepares Medical Evidence in Court, Legal Counsel Opens Lab Data Access

Kapanlagi.com - Sarwendah is currently facing a child custody case with Ruben Onsu accompanied by scrutiny over the 'three-letter' disease issue. Her lawyer, Chris Sam Siwu, emphasized that the message previously sent by Sarwendah regarding her health condition has a strong basis as it is sourced from medical data.

"The basis is that our client was his wife at that time, from whom she received all the information from the lab, from the doctor regarding the three-letter disease, you know," said Chris Sam Siwu when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (12/8/2026).

Chris mentioned that Sarwendah had access to that information while still being his wife, so the circulating message originated from the data she obtained from the hospital. They are also preparing evidence in court if necessary.

1. Access to Medical Data Becomes the Basis of the Message

Chat evidence related to health issues had become a focal point in this case. In response to this, Chris emphasized that the message originated from laboratory information and the doctor that Sarwendah received while still married.

According to him, Sarwendah's position as a wife at that time provided full access to her husband's medical information from healthcare facilities. This became the basis when messages regarding that condition were conveyed.

Chris made this statement at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (12/8/2026). He reiterated that the basis of the message is valid medical data from the hospital.

2. Sarwendah's Team Denies Publicly Exposing Private Matters

Sarwendah's party emphasized that they never intended to disclose the type of illness to the public. The issue regarding the 'three letters' was said to have arisen because the chat evidence was shown by representatives of the other party's legal team.

"Even until now, we have never disclosed what the three-letter illness is. Everything was inadvertently made public by what was done by the legal representative of RO," explained Chris.

Chris added that his team maintains privacy by not mentioning the details of the illness. They remain committed to not revealing sensitive information outside the legal corridors.

3. Lab Evidence Will Be Presented in Court

In response to the evidentiary challenge, Sarwendah's legal team claims to be ready. They stated that they have obtained the original laboratory examination documents to be submitted as evidence in court.

"Do you have the evidence? Yes, we have the evidence, related to the three-letter disease," he asserted.

Chris ensured that the evidentiary material would not be disclosed on social media to maintain privacy. "We do not allow it, we do not disclose it in the media. We will reveal everything in court," Chris concluded. He added that all facts will be presented before the panel of judges during the trial process.
