Sarwendah's Lawyer Regrets Privacy Leak

The dispute between Sarwendah and Ruben Onsu has resurfaced after issues regarding a certain illness were mentioned in a podcast. In response to the heated discussions, Sarwendah's lawyer, Chris Sam Siwu, expressed regret over the leak of information that is considered very personal.

"We very- much regret what we have kept confidential, what we have discussed with all the legal team and the client that we must keep things that are very private confidential," Chris Sam Siwu said when met at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (6/8/2026).

He stated that the information was made public due to an accident on the part of the opposing side. He described this situation as going beyond the internal agreement that has been built to maintain confidentiality.

Chris emphasized that from the beginning, the legal team along with the client has been committed to maintaining privacy. According to him, this leak of information is not in line with the stance that has been prepared in handling the case.

This statement was made by Chris at the South Jakarta District Court. He reiterated that matters concerning private domains should not be public consumption.

The circulating issue is said to stem from the mention of a certain illness in a podcast. Chris believes this has consequences for the exposure of sensitive material that was previously kept tightly guarded.

2. Regarding the Chat and the "Three-Letter Disease" Issue

Chris confirmed the authenticity of the chat that has recently been widely discussed. He stated that this verification was made to clarify public speculation, while also limiting the information that can be shared outside the legal process.

"This is our confirmation that the chat is indeed real, the chat is real, yes. But we do not want to disclose its contents to the media," Chris stressed.

He also touched on the issue of the illness referred to as the three-letter disease. Chris stated that they were not the first to raise this news and mentioned that the public could assess from the information that has circulated.

"One thing, we deeply regret the exposure of such private matters. Secondly, regarding the video of the argument. We reiterate that first, we were not the ones who disclosed the information about the three-letter disease," he revealed.

3. Evidence Will Be Submitted Through Legal Process

Sarwendah's party emphasizes that health issues are a personal matter. Therefore, all materials related to health issues and conversations will be channeled through the court mechanism.

"Whether the content of the chat is true or not, whether it is like that or not, that is not in our realm because we already have our own realm, which is the court. So we will present all the contents of the chat later in court," explained Chris.

On the other hand, Chris reiterated that the chat sent by his client to Ruben Onsu is indeed true. He regrets that the conversation then spread and sparked various speculations in the community.

"But the chat from our client to Bang Minola's client is indeed true," he concluded.
