Secured by Police for Possession of Sabu-Sabu, Musician Virgoun's Status Still Under Investigation

Kapanlagi.com - The West Jakarta Metropolitan Police Narcotics Unit has secured musician Virgoun on Thursday (20/6) at 01.00 AM. He was arrested in his boarding house along with a woman identified as PA.

From the results of the arrest, the police confiscated evidence in the form of less than one gram of sabu-sabu and smoking paraphernalia. After undergoing a urine test, Virgoun and PA were found positive for consuming the illegal substance.

"We have conducted health tests on both individuals. They were declared healthy, but the urine test results were positive for the narcotic substance sabu or narcotic vitamin," said AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga, the Head of the West Jakarta Metropolitan Police Narcotics Unit, when contacted by the media on Saturday (22/6).

1. Virgoun's Status as Under Investigation

A few days after being arrested, it turns out that Virgoun's status is still under investigation and has not been upgraded to a suspect. This is because the leader of the band group Last Child is still undergoing the examination process.

"VPT's status is under investigation because we are still in the process of examination, still ongoing," added AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga.

2. Chasing the Drug Supplier

Furthermore, the Head of Narcotics of West Jakarta Metropolitan Police AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga stated that they have obtained the identity of the person who provided drugs to Virgoun. Currently, they are in pursuit.

"We have obtained the identity of the person who provided the drug, namely sabu, to Mr. VTP and Ms. PA. And currently, we are in pursuit. We ask for your prayers so that we can apprehend this person and further develop this case. Thank you very much," said AKBP Indrawienny Panjiyoga.
