Jambi Regional Police's General Criminal Investigation Directorate Arrests Ko Apex in Jakarta

Kapanlagi.com - Jambi Regional Police's General Criminal Investigation Directorate successfully arrested Ko Apex, known as the girlfriend of artist Dinar Candy, in Jakarta on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Ko Apex, whose real name is Affandi Susilo, was then brought to Jambi using a Batik airplane and arrived at Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport at around 18:53 WIB.

Ko Apex, who is a suspect of document forgery and embezzlement of position, was escorted by the police with handcuffs and covered with a cloth. He was wearing a white t-shirt and immediately moved towards the Jambi Regional Mobile Brigade (Resmob) car parked in the Sultan Thaha Airport area.

1. Arrest Chronology

The suspect determination of Ko Apex, whose real name is Affandi Susilo, was declared a suspect in the case of falsifying barge ship documents and embezzlement of position by the Directorate of General Crime Investigation of the Jambi Regional Police.

This determination is based on sufficient evidence against the suspect and the case file conducted by the investigators of the Subdirectorate of National Security of the Jambi Regional Police on June 10, 2024.

2. Forced Arrest

Ko Apex was forcefully arrested by the Resmob Team of the Jambi Regional Police in Jakarta on Tuesday, June 12, 2024, at night. This arrest was carried out because Ko Apex did not comply with the police summons twice.

Ko Apex was then examined at the Subdirectorate of National Security of the Jambi Regional Police in Jambi. This arrest was conducted to assist the legal process and uncover the case of falsifying barge ship documents owned by Ko Apex, which is suspected to have caused a loss of Rp 31 billion.

3. Chronology of the Case

Ko Apex was reported by a businessman from Banjarmasin for alleged crimes of forgery of letters or documents and embezzlement.

Ko Apex is suspected of changing the ownership of his boss's ship documents to his own company, PT FBS, without the victim's permission and knowledge.

4. New Suspect Determination

Polda Jambi has identified two new suspects in the Ko Apex case, including an employee of the Class III Harbor Master's Office and Authority (KSOP).

Talang Duku Jambi, with the initials A, and a private individual with the initials S. They were involved in the process of forging Ko Apex's barge ship documents.
