Tsania Marwa Still Struggling to Obtain Custody of Children, Atalarik Syach Claims to Have Followed Court Decision

Atalarik Syach, the star of the soap opera Pernikahan Dini, affirmed that he has complied with the court decision regarding the handover of child custody to his ex-wife, Tsania Marwa. He even bid farewell to them before leaving the house.

"As a citizen, I have fulfilled my obligations when they executed it the first time. They gathered all the police, KPAI, and judges. I proved it by saying goodbye to the children, leaving the house, and telling the children, 'You must be able to protect yourselves, if you want to do business with me,'" he said on the Pagi Pagi Ambyar Trans TV show, South Jakarta.

"Show to the chosen fathers and mothers what kind of people you are. You are human beings, not animals, not objects. You are human beings whose fundamental rights are protected by the whole world, especially by your religion. You believe in your religion, you fight," he continued.

1. Tsania Marwa Creates Petition

In the Denny Sumargo podcast, Tsania Marwa revealed that she has created a petition to request the public's support in punishing those who do not comply with child custody decisions.

"I have won the child custody decision, but Atalarik Syach has not followed through with it. I want my children to have a better future, and I believe that I can provide the best for them," Tsania Marwa expressed.

2. Children Prefer to Stay with Father

According to Atalarik Syach, his children have expressed a preference to stay with him because he has been taking care of them for seven years and they have a closer relationship.

Atalarik Syah also emphasizes the importance of children understanding their custody rights and their own rights. He hopes that his children can become independent individuals and have the courage to protect their own rights.

3. Ready for Battle for the Sake of the Children

In several interviews, Atalarik Syach also revealed that he is ready to fight if the law forces him to hand over his children to Tsania Marwa.

"I will fight, I will fight against the law in this Republic of Indonesia. I married her legally, I had a physical relationship with the mother of those children because of religion, remember the religion I believe in. That's the toughest de facto and I am willing to die a martyr for it. I am truly at war," he said.

Atalarik Syach hopes that by fighting, he can maintain custody of his children and provide the best for them.

In several interviews, Tsania Marwa also revealed that she has fought hard to obtain custody of the children and does not want the court's decision to be ignored.
