"If it's been 5 months, then we've already gone through more than 4 months. This is the beginning of September," added Aldi Surya Kusuma.

For that reason, the Jeff Smith's party is still considering whether to appeal, even though their wish for their client to undergo rehabilitation was not granted by the judge. "Let's think about it first with the family, but only if this is indeed the best punishment for him, I think we'll find a way," he said.
