Sivia Azizah Ready for Comeback with New Album After Break Due to Marriage and Having a Child

Kapanlagi.com - Sivia Azizah, former member of BLINK, is ready to return to the music world with her second album set to be released in 2025. After several years focusing more on her personal life, Sivia ensures that she remains active in creating and is now ready to return to the music industry as a solo artist.

Sivia revealed that she is currently in the process of completing her second album. If there are no obstacles, the album will be released in mid-2025.

"Insya Allah I will release my second album soon, in the middle of the year, insya Allah," said Sivia when met in the Kemang area of South Jakarta recently.

This album is a continuation of her solo debut released in 2020. Although she took a break from the spotlight of the music industry, Sivia remained active in creating and performing before finally taking a break due to marriage and having a child.

"Back in 2020, I released my first album, then I released an EP, and I can say I was performing, then I took a break because I got married, and then I had a baby," she explained.

The decision to return to the music world is not without reason. Sivia emphasizes that being a singer and songwriter has been her dream for a long time.

"Because that's my dream. Because my ambition is to be a singer and songwriter. Indeed, from the beginning I was in this industry to please my heart. Because this is my passion," she expressed.

For Sivia, making music is not just about business or work, but something she has enjoyed and loved since a long time ago. After being less active in the music industry for a few years, Sivia admits she is not worried about losing her fans. For her, fans coming and going is a normal thing in the entertainment world.

"So, this is not just about business and work, no, but this is really what I want. That's what keeps me motivated," she added.

"No, I haven't thought about losing fans. Because even when I'm active, people come and go, right? So what do I have to be afraid of?" she said.

Sivia also feels confident because she has a team that helps her with marketing strategies and album production. According to her, the main focus right now is to create, not to think about things beyond her control.

"I have a team that, God willing, can help me to formulate marketing strategies and others, so thank God we trust that the album (which will be released later) is a collective work, where many people help me," she explained.

"So I don't need to be afraid of things that are beyond my control, which is other people's problems, like being afraid of losing fans and everything, that's their choice, whether they want to stay or not. I just do what I can control," she said.

Sivia emphasized that she is not completely absent from the music world. All this time, she has been working behind the scenes and continues to work on her second album.

"I'm not absent, but I am still in the process of working on the album. If I were absent, I wouldn't be creating at all. Well, I'm still going back and forth in the studio, just not released yet," she said.
