Fairuz A Rafiq is grateful to have pious children. Their prayers mean a lot to Sonny Septian, who is currently undergoing treatment at Abdi Waluyo Hospital.
Sonny is in the recovery process after undergoing surgery for a narrowing of the blood vessels in the brain and neck.
Not only feeling grateful, Fairuz A Rafiq also feels how precious a strong and loving family relationship is.
"Yes, I am grateful to have a righteous son and daughter who can pray for their parents," said Fairuz A Rafiq at RS Abdi Waluyo, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (31/7/2024).
"Because I see how close my brother is with Sonny, I, as a mother, see their connection is like a blood relationship," she said.
As a mother, Fairuz saw firsthand how devastated Faaz was when he saw his father lying weakly on the hospital bed.
"I believe there are people who give love and affection well, Sonny gives his love and affection to Faaz and he grows up as a child who loves his parents," she said.
She believes that the love and affection that Sonny gives to Faaz has made him grow into a caring and attentive child. Fairuz also expressed how Faaz shows his concern.
"I really see it because I am his mother, he was upset to see his father like that. He even calls every day, asking if daddy is getting better," she explained.
"So when he calls, I don't tell him what the news is. So we have to be happy and okay in front of him," she concluded.
