Struggling During Divorce & Bearing the Status of a Widow, Jenita Janet Admits Wanting to Withdraw from the Entertainment World

Kapanlagi.com - Jenita Janet filed for divorce from her husband named Alief Hedy Nurmaulid in the Bekasi Religious Court. After going through a difficult process for months, she is now officially a widow, a status she believes is inappropriate for her.

"It's not pleasant to be called that, but from the beginning of asking for a divorce, I have to accept this new status. I will also learn to live on my own again because I'm used to going everywhere together, getting support, now we have to take care of our own lives and it's not easy," said Jenita when met in the Kapten Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Monday (13/7/2020).

1. Withdrawal from Entertainment

During the trial process, Jenita Janet admitted to being in a period of despair. To the point where the thought of withdrawing from the entertainment industry that had made her famous crossed her mind.

"I went through a period of being down, uncertain of my direction. I even said that I wanted to resign from the entertainment world because of how desperate I was. But then again, I intended to divorce because I wanted a better life," she firmly stated.

2. The Supportive Man

Fortunately, during those difficult times, there was support from a man whose identity was kept hidden. A man who made her believe that she could have a better life again.

"When I learned to move on, when I learned to be sincere, luckily there was someone who strengthened me, supported me. Someone who reminded me not to be afraid of losing material possessions, as they are only entrusted to us by Allah. This person is the one who now makes me strong, grateful to Allah. Whoever he is, it turns out that Allah gave me that strength through him. It could be anyone, Allah brought him into my life to strengthen me," said the owner of Nana, Jeni Juliana.
