Fahmi admitted that he initially had diabetes. Nikita Mirzani then came and took him to see a doctor. It was finally discovered that Fahmi also suffered from bone calcification.
"At first, I really had diabetes, it was high up to 480. When I went to the doctor for the first time, accompanied by Ms. Nikita Mirzani, I also had issues with my spinal nerves; my legs were already starting to hurt," explained Fahmi when met by kapanlagi.com at his boarding house in the Rawa Belong area, South Jakarta, Thursday (19/6/2025).
"I was told that I have bone calcification, which is a result of dry diabetes, usually eating away at the bones. Besides that, I am also obese, being overweight means my body and leg bones are not balanced to support me, so it affects my legs, causing brittle bones. Standing is difficult; I can't do it for long, just a matter of seconds if I'm not holding on," he added.
His condition made it difficult for Fahmi to engage in activities including shooting or working. He admitted that the cost of living was covered by Nikita Mirzani for a year in 2023.
"Nikita Mirzani once came here, she helped me pay for my rent for a year, 2023. It was truly a miracle from God because I was already told to leave here for not paying for 4 months," Fahmi said.
"She (Nikita) came on Tuesday, and by Wednesday I was supposed to be told to leave, and it really happened, and she immediately paid for one year, so I am free for 8 months, from 2023 until September 2024, I am very grateful," he added.
Besides Nikita, Fahmi also received help from his friends. There is an old friend who works as a motorcycle taxi driver. When there are no orders, he accompanies Fahmi in the boarding house and helps him to the bathroom.
"So he is waiting for his order while standing by here. So I've been safe to go to the bathroom during the day until the evening for almost a month now, with a friend who can guide me, but at night, previously in the evening and morning with the coffee shop guy," concluded Fahmi Bo.
