Surprised to Find out Wulan Guritno Sued for a Debt of 396 million to the Court, Sabda Ahessa Wants Peace

Kapanlagi.com - Sabda Ahessa was surprised to find out that his ex-girlfriend, Wulan Guritno, filed a civil lawsuit in the South Jakarta District Court. The lawsuit is related to a debt of Rp 396,150,000 that Wulan gave for the renovation of his house in the Kemang area, South Jakarta.

"Well, as a layman in law, it's natural to be surprised when receiving a lawsuit," said Aditya Anggriady, Sabda's legal representative in the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (29/2/2024).

1. Money is not in the form of a loan

Sabda himself confirmed that the money from Wulan at that time was not in the form of a loan. They had agreed to renovate Sabda's house together.

"All of the advances were actually not actual advances, but funds that were mutually agreed upon for joint purposes," he said.

2. Wants to be Resolved in a Family Manner

Initially, Sabda did not use legal representation in the first trial of Wulan's lawsuit. But because the issue did not reach a resolution, he eventually appointed legal representation and hoped that the issue could be resolved in a family manner, or peacefully.

"That's why we are here. Then the spirit from him, he wants to provide compensation so that this issue can be resolved in a family manner, and as legal representation for Mr. Sabda, we also have dedication to end this case in peace. Like that," said Aditya.

"We also invite Ms. Wulan Guritno to immediately accept the peace offer from our client. That's what our client wants. We ask our media colleagues to respect the privacy of our client," Aditya added.

3. Coordinating with Wulan's Legal Counsel

The steps taken by Aditya to resolve this issue through family channels is by first coordinating with Wulan's legal counsel. They hope to resolve this matter before the next trial is held next week.

"After this, I will directly speak with Wulan's legal counsel. We will arrange a meeting so that before next week, we will have arranged a meeting and all parties can proceed smoothly," Aditya concluded.
