Suspected of Committing Fraud Worth IDR 2 Billion, Irwansyah Reports His Own Sibling to the Police

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Irwansyah reported his own biological brother, Hafiz Fatur, to the South Jakarta Metro Police. The younger brother is suspected of forging signatures and documents.

The report has been submitted to the South Jakarta Metro Police since November 19, 2021. According to Irwansyah's legal representative, the report is related to signature forgery.

"This report is related to alleged signature forgery. Our client was surprised when a bank sent a bill to his house, claiming that Irwan had not paid installments related to a loan from the bank. Irwan was shocked because he never took out a loan," said Irwansyah's lawyer, Zakir Rasyidin, during a press conference in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, on Monday (3/1/2022).

1. Apply for a Loan to the Bank

Zakir explained that Irwansyah's younger brother forged signatures to borrow money from the bank amounting to Rp 1 to 2 billion. Not only Irwansyah's signature, but his younger brother also forged the signature of Zaskia Sungkar.

"After cross-checking, I found many documents. It is strongly suspected that Hafiz forged the signatures of Irwan and Zaskia Sungkar for his own interests. His interest is to borrow money from one of the private banks. Amounting to 1-2 billion," he said.

2. Surprised and Unbelievable

Irwansyah and his wife, Zaskia Sungkar, never expected that Hafiz Fatur would use their names to postpone their land certificate. Feeling that he never signed the documents, Irwansyah was forced to report his younger brother.

"This is the question, how could Hafiz take actions that harm his own brother. Because Irwan feels that he never applied for a loan and never applied for credit at that bank," he said.

3. File a Report to the Police

Irwansyah's report has been submitted to the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police since November 19, 2021, with report number /LP/B/2345/XI/2021/RJS/PMJ. The legal representative stated that until now Irwansyah has never met with the bank.

"Finally, in November last month, as the legal representative, I filed a report at the South Jakarta Police. Regarding the forgery of documents, because indeed what we found was a credit agreement, then a release letter. Then there is a statement letter with the signatures of Zaskia and Irwan. The fact is that Irwan has never met with the bank," he concluded.

4. Just Lost His Mother

Sad news once again envelops the entertainment world in the homeland. This is because Irwansyah's mother, Herlianah, took her last breath even though she regained consciousness after being in a coma.

Nevertheless, it seems that Irwansyah has accepted the departure of his mother. According to him, maybe his mother loved and missed his late father too much.

"Maybe because Mama loved Papa too much, she followed him quickly. Because we want Mama to be close to Papa too," said Irwansyah when met at Jombang Cemetery, South Tangerang, Wednesday (4/8).

5. Last Memory

Irwansyah also shared his last memory with his late mother. At that time, Irwansyah was very happy because his mother saw her grandchild for the first time.

"We went to Puncak before the PPKM, she loved Ukkasya so much, she said it's like finally mama met Irwan's child, papa too. Alhamdulillah she saw Ukkasya," he said.
