Syakir Daulay Reported for Defamation Allegations Due to his Youtube Account

Kapanlagi.com - The rising singer and actor, Syakir Daulay, has been reported for defamation allegations. This was triggered by the controversy surrounding his Youtube account.

Abdul Fakhridz Al Donggowi, the lawyer of Agi Subyanto, revealed the issue of defamation after Syakir Daulay admitted that his Youtube account and album were hacked.

"Yes, so the issue we reported is related to defamation and defamation of character through Syakir Daulay's Instagram, which we reported by Syakir Daulay himself," explained the lawyer.

Syakir Daulay revealed that he had actually sold his Youtube account. Because of that, Agi felt defamed because he was accused of hijacking the account and also the singer's album.

"The victim is my client named Agi Subyanto, where in the Instagram status it is mentioned with a narrative that, Syakir Daulay's Youtube account along with his album has been hijacked and it was not him who uploaded the song," explained the lawyer.

He continued, "Even though on February 7, 2020, the account had been bought and sold where the buyer was my client and the seller was Syakir Daulay himself as the owner of the youtube account with a price of 200 million, we paid the first installment of 100 million received by Syakir himself and then 50 million received by his parent, Mr. Hasan, via transfer."

2. There is Proof of Purchase

The lawyer also explained that they have evidence of the sale and purchase of Syakir Daulay's YouTube account with their client.

"If there is evidence, as I mentioned earlier on February 7, 2020, there was a contract for the sale and purchase of the YouTube account plus a content filling collaboration after the transfer of the YouTube account itself, from the original owner to the new owner, Mr. Agi Subyanto as the owner of the ProActive group label," he explained again.
