Drug Case Files Handed Over to the Prosecutor's Office, Lucinta Luna and Vitalia Sesha Will Have a Hearing Soon

Kapanlagi.com - West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Investigation Unit transferred the examination file of the drug case involving Lucinta Luna and Vitalia Sesha to the prosecutor's office. The transfer of the two examination files of the drug case involving Lucinta Luna and Vitalia Sesha was carried out by the investigators on Thursday, April 30, 2020.

Lucinta Luna and Vitalia Sesha were supposed to be brought by the investigators to the West Jakarta District Attorney's Office. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, both of them had to be detained separately and were not directly confronted with the public prosecutor.

"It's already today. The two suspects were presented via teleconference," said the Head of the Intelligence Section of the West Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Edy Subhan, when contacted via text message on Thursday (30/4).

1. Detention for 20 Days

"Yes, via teleconference because I can't leave the detention center, as a preventive measure against the spread of the coronavirus," she continued.

Meanwhile, the public prosecutor has detained them for 20 days starting from today, Thursday. Currently, Lucinta Luna and Vitalia Sesha are being held at Pondok Bambu Detention Center, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

"The public prosecutor's office will detain them for 20 days starting today. Insha Allah, next week we will transfer the case files to the West Jakarta District Court for trial," she concluded.
