Tamara Bleszynski Wins Again Against Her Brother's Lawsuit, Legal Counsel Speaks Out

The ruling of the DKI Jakarta High Court (PT) number 791/PDT/2024/PT DKI, presided over by H. Yahya Syam, rejected the appeal filed by Ryszard.

“Affirming the decision of the South Jakarta District Court Number 87/Pdt.G/2023/PN Jkt.Sel dated October 24, 2023, which was appealed,” the ruling stated.

The dispute between Tamara and Ryszard began with allegations of embezzlement of inherited assets in the form of the Bukit Indah Hotel in Cipanas, Puncak, West Java. Shortly thereafter, Ryszard sued Tamara on charges of default related to their father's medical expenses and demanded Rp34 billion.

After the first-instance trial at the South Jakarta District Court, the panel of judges decided to reject Ryszard's lawsuit. Unhappy with that decision, Ryszard appealed to the Jakarta DKI High Court, but his appeal was again rejected by the panel of judges.

Djohansyah hopes that, with the rejection of the appeal filed by Ryszard, this moment can be the beginning of repairing the relationship between the siblings who have been estranged.
