Kapanlagi.com - Artist Tamara Tyasmara displayed heightened emotions while testifying in the ongoing trial regarding the death of her son, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante, at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (29/7/2024). The trial was tense as Tamara faced questions from one of Yudha Arfandi's lawyers. The questions touched on the relationship between Tamara and Yudha's client, who is the defendant in this case.
Tamara's emotions escalated further when Yudha's lawyer clarified the Minutes of Examination (BAP) stating that Tamara's relationship with the defendant was fine before Dante's death. However, during the hearing, Tamara revealed that she had experienced abusive treatment from the defendant.
"When asked at that time, it was indeed fine, and there was nothing wrong. As I said earlier, (the quarrel) was between July and August 2023. In December, there was no (problem)," Tamara said tersely to the defendant's legal advisor on Monday (29/7/2024).
Next, the defendant's lawyer asked about Tamara's willingness to leave Dante with the defendant despite having experienced such rough treatment. The minutes of the meeting also mentioned the content of a chat that suggested Tamara already knew the defendant and Dante were going to the swimming pool.
"So he (Dante) wanted to play at Maura's house (the defendant's child) because they are friends. If I knew they were going swimming, I might have taken Dante to the shooting location. I was only shooting two scenes, waiting to see if I would swim or not," Tamara said, in a curt tone.
Another question from lawyer Yudha regarding Tamara's habit of staying at the defendant's house also triggered her emotions. The lawyer also asked if there were any of Tamara's belongings left at the defendant's house. Tamara answered firmly,
"There are (my things there), because I am already grown up. Often. I often stay there to cover my bruised body," Tamara said.
When asked again about her habit of staying overnight at the defendant's house, Tamara emphasized that it has nothing to do with the case of Dante's death. "I often stay at the defendant's house. The defendant and I have both grown up," she said.
Tamara also stressed that her adult relationship with the defendant is not relevant to this case. She hopes that the focus remains on investigating her child's death, not on unrelated matters.
"Can you respect me a little, sir? My child has died, sir. This is about my child's death, not because I stay over there," concluded Tamara Tyasmara.
