Tasya Farasya Obtains Custody of Children, Ahmad Assegaf Can Meet Twice a Week

After undergoing a series of court proceedings, the Religious Court has officially granted the divorce petition filed by Tasya Farasya against Ahmad Assegaf. One of the most important points in the ruling pertains to the custody of their two children.

Tasya Farasya's legal team, Sangun Ragahdo and Fattah Riphat, confirmed that full custody of their two children has been granted to their client.

"It has been decided that this divorce, the conditions we submitted have been met, so the divorce is granted, and regarding child custody, as we have stated in the first hearing, it has been agreed upon," said Sangun Ragahdo when met in the SCBD area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (12/11/2025).

Even so, it does not mean that Ahmad Assegaf will lose access to meet his children. The Tasya Farasya party emphasizes that they have made a very flexible mutual agreement.

Fattah Riphat explained that Ahmad Assegaf is still allowed to meet his children twice a week, but without staying overnight.

"It is still open, what is the good relationship, so later he can meet twice a week, it's allowed but not to stay overnight," explained Fattah.

This agreement, said Sangun, was even approved from the very beginning of the mediation process and there was no prolonged debate between the two.

"It has been agreed upon from the mediation session, there are no objections, so we finally signed together," added Sangun.

As is known, the marriage of Tasya Farasya and Ahmad Assegaf, which has lasted for seven years, must come to an end. Both are now committed to remain good parents for their two children, even though they are no longer husband and wife.

Fattah also added that communication between the two is still going well, especially regarding the children.

"It's all good. After all, the interests of the children are prioritized, so the relationship doesn't end either," emphasized Fattah.

"Yes, children should not become victims. We must remain together for the child's growth," concluded Sangun.
