Kapanlagi.com - Recently, the virtual world was made crowded by unpleasant news from celebrity Tasyi Athasyia who was said to pay her employees with wages below the Minimum Wage. The news was initially revealed by her former employee and instantly became viral.
After being widely discussed, through Syech Zaki Alatas, Tasyi's husband denied the circulating news. He said that, in T Management which is Tasyi's company, employees were initially recruited as probationary employees who received 60% of the Minimum Wage.
That applies to those who are inexperienced or fresh graduates, but for those who already have experience, it's certainly not like that.
"In our company, there is something called probation period, and all employees we hire know their capacity," said Syech Zaki Alatas when met in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta, on Friday (23/6).
"But we still pay 60% for probation, after this probation is over and they are contracted, depending on their level of experience, they can be paid twice or three times the Minimum Wage, depending on it," he added.

Not only that, Syech Zaki Alatas also revealed that some of Tasyi's long-term employees are paid up to 3 digits. In fact, with the amount of salary received, the employee can even buy an Alphard car.
"I'll just spill it, there are some old team members of Kak Tasyi who earn a 3-digit salary, even enough to buy an Alphard," he said.

In the same occasion, Ahmad Ramzy, as Tasyi's legal representative, assessed that most of the problematic employees are newly recruited generations. When asked further, he did not deny that there might be business competition that led to this prolonged problem.
"This is the new generation that I suspect is playing around, maybe they are also celebrities," said Ahmad Ramzy.
"If I may say, a satay seller will always be an enemy of another satay seller, not a seller of fried dumplings," he added.
