Kapanlagi.com - After a long process, the land mafia case involving Ashanty has finally reached a turning point. Ashanty revealed that one of the parties suspected of involvement has been detained by the police.
"Alhamdulillah, he has been detained. Thank you to Sukabumi Police, thank you Masya Allah, I am very touched," said Ashanty when met in the Radio Dalam area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (11/2/2025).
According to the singer of Jodohku, the detention is an important step in her effort to reclaim her rights to her family's inherited land. "Last week I received news that he has been detained and is in process. I just need to go there," said Ashanty.
Ashanty feels relieved because the police are handling the case carefully. "Yesterday the police didn't want to act rashly, right? They need evidence, witnesses. So hopefully the process goes smoothly," she added.
In the investigation process, new facts were discovered that made this case even more complex. "It turns out there are new facts that there are other people involved too, oh my God," said Ashanty.
Ashanty emphasized that her struggle is not over. She is committed to continuing the legal process to ensure justice is served.
Regarding the next steps, Ashanty was reluctant to disclose too many details. "As for the details, I’m really sorry. I’m still in the process to make sure everything goes well later," she said.
Ashanty hopes that all parties involved have good intentions to resolve this issue. "I have good intentions to settle this. I hope everything can be resolved peacefully," she stated.
She also advised the community to be cautious in land transactions. "A lesson for all of us, never be careless with documents. I hope no one experiences what I did," concluded Ashanty.
