The Dispute Over Buying and Selling Houses is Not Over Yet, Anya Dwinov: My Position is Right!

Kapanlagi.com - Anya Dwinov has not been able to execute the house she has bought because she is still waiting for a decision from the Supreme Court (MA). The famous presenter is being sued civilly by Alida Baynizar who considers her to be non-transparent in the transaction of buying a house worth Rp 2 billion in Bekasi, West Java.

"Currently, my house case in Jakasampurna, Bekasi is still ongoing, I have been paying the installments for the house for 7.5 years, and I have never even touched the fence," said Anya through a recent telephone conversation.

"Every month, I hand over a certain amount of money as my obligation to pay the mortgage for the house. I always ask myself, what am I paying for..?," continued Anya.

Recently, there has been news that Alida has filed for a Review of the Case (PK), after the Supreme Court rejected Alida's cassation request. The cassation case number 3475 K/Pdt/2018 was decided by the panel of supreme court judges on December 18, 2018.

1. Plaintiff Files Appeal

Previously, the panel of judges at the Bekasi District Court stated that Alida et al.'s lawsuit could not be accepted. The decision of the panel of judges at the first level was read on April 10, 2017.

Not satisfied with the decision of the Bekasi District Court, the plaintiff appealed to the High Court with case number 68/PDT/2018/PT BDG, until finally this case landed at the Supreme Court.

At the cassation level, the panel of supreme judges consisting of H. Zahrul Rabai (chairman), H. Panji Widagdo, and Ibrahim, rejected the cassation request submitted by Alida Baynizar or Alida Sitawati Moearsono. The decision with case number 3475 K/Pdt/2018 was read by the holders of the supreme gavel on December 18, 2018.

"That my position is correct. The counterparty's lawsuit is rejected. But I myself have never set foot in that house," he said.

2. Anya Dwinov Surprised

Based on the search on the PN Bekasi website, the Alida camp submitted a PK. Through their legal representative, Aloksen Manik (a lawyer who has handled Emma Warokka's divorce case), the application for PK was recorded at PN Bekasi on February 24, 2020.

An extraordinary legal effort from the Alida camp was known by Anya, after receiving a letter from PN Bekasi. "I received the PK notification letter on March 26, 2020, and then submitted a counter PK memo on April 7, 2020," she said.

However, Anya was surprised after searching the PN Bekasi website. The appointment of the date, month, and year in the Notification Date of PK Application and the PK Memo Submission Date column was not stated.
