Ruben Onsu Suspected of Stealing Recipes Because He Hired One Employee, I Am Geprek Bensu: We Are Not Accusing

This was confirmed by Stefani Livinus' lawyer, Eddie Kusuma, when he met with the media in Central Jakarta recently. Eddie confirmed it and ensured that Jordi did indeed ask for one of his brother's employees to be employed by his client's company.

"That's right (Jordi asked to employ his employee in the kitchen of I Am Geprek Bensu). But we are not accusing or defaming anyone," said Eddie Kusuma.

According to him, the employee Ruben has already stopped working at I Am Geprek Bensu. This is because the employee followed Jordi's departure, who was serving as the operational manager at that time.

"One of the employees who was recruited, as soon as he (Jordi) left, this person also left and was assigned as the chief leader at Bensu. Previously, he was the chief of a large company (Ruben Sarwendah). He entered our place and without saying goodbye, he left immediately," he said.

2. Ruben's Lawsuit Rejected

Ruben Onsu's allegation of copying I Am Geprek Bensu's recipe is also mentioned in a copy of the verdict of the Central Jakarta Commercial Court on the official website of the Supreme Court (MA). It is known that the Supreme Court rejected Ruben's lawsuit regarding the Intellectual Property Rights of the Bensu trademark.
