Ruben Onsu Accused of Unilaterally Deciding that Geprek Bensu Brand Belongs to Him

Kapanlagi.com - Recently, unpleasant news came from Ruben Onsu. Apparently, the husband of Sarwendah is accused of forcefully taking the Geprek Bensu brand. This was conveyed by Stefani Livinus' legal representative, who is one of the owners of Ayam Geprek Bensu business currently in dispute with Ruben, Eddie Kusuma.

According to Eddie's statement, Ruben also asked Stefani to close the business or change its business identity by no longer using the name Bensu. Ruben made this request through a summons sent directly to Stefani and her colleagues.

"He unilaterally decided that it belongs to him. Within 3x24 hours, the store is not allowed to operate using the name Bensu because it is considered his (Ruben's)," said Eddie during a press conference in Pecenongan, Central Jakarta, on Friday (12/6).

In addition, Eddie also explained that Ruben's party decided to take over the Geprek Bensu brand after seeing the rapid development of the chicken geprek business.

"Three months later, he saw the trend of the business rising rapidly. From the first month until August (2017), there were already 40 outlets. From there, he immediately claimed it. Even though they had no capital," he said.

2. Stefani's Version

However, according to Stefani's version, Ruben Onsu has only been a brand ambassador from the beginning and did not invest any capital. The same goes for Jordi Onsu, who is appointed as the operational manager of Ayam Geprek Bensu in the business structure, also known as an employee.
