As the issue of children born out of wedlock heats up, no one knows for sure who W really is. However, W's legal representative, Ferry Aswan, stated that his client will appear in public after Rezky Aditya gives a direct statement.

"They will definitely appear. Especially after there is an official statement from Rezky and his father. For now, there hasn't been an official statement from them. So my two clients are still holding back from giving a statement," said Ferry Aswan, as received by journalists on Saturday (26/6/2021).

For your information, W claimed to have had a relationship with Rezky Aditya in 2012. Then, a year later, W gave birth to a child whom she claimed was the result of her relationship with Citra Kirana's husband.

1. Challenge Rezky Aditya DNA Test

Furthermore, Ferry Aswan said that this issue could be resolved without dragging on. Provided that Rezky Aditya accepts the challenge from W for a DNA test.

"Indirectly, they have already stated that they are ready to appear, they are ready. We just have to wait for an official statement from Rezky and his father. From the beginning, we asked for a DNA test to make this issue clear," said Ferry Aswan.

"So we want everything to be clear. So as not to create conflicting stories or cause slander or spread false news, we don't want that. That's why from the beginning, I always requested a DNA test. But it's not as easy as asking Rezky and his father for a voluntary DNA test," he added.

2. Take Legal Steps

Because there is no meeting point with Rizky Aditya, finally W took legal action firmly. Currently, W and his legal counsel have filed a lawsuit against Rezky Aditya online, which will be followed by offline document collection and trial.

"So, whether we like it or not, we have to take the legal route. So that we can get the DNA test. So, we have tried everything in a family manner, in a good way. Because there is no agreement, no meeting point, whether we like it or not, we have to proceed with the lawsuit," said the legal counsel.

"If there are no obstacles, in two or three weeks there will be a summons. But with the note that the court is not under lockdown. Because currently, there are some employees of the court who are sick, so the court will be closed. Hopefully, that doesn't happen so that everything can proceed smoothly," he concluded.
