Rezky Aditya Ignoring the Summons Letter, W Will Take Legal Action to Acknowledge the Child

It doesn't stop there, W also claims that she will take legal action if Rezky Aditya truly does not acknowledge that the daughter who was born a few years ago is not his own flesh and blood. She has even appointed a lawyer to follow up on the case.

"Currently, W's demand to the court is the recognition of the child," said Ferry Aswan, W's lawyer when contacted in the Pulo Gadung area, East Jakarta, on Sunday (20/6) evening.

1. Already Sent a Summons

Previously, Ferry Aswan mentioned that they had already sent a summons letter to Rezky Aditya. However, it did not yield any results, so they eventually brought the matter to the legal realm.

"W's side has already given a summons and mediation, but there have been no results at all. Finally, they filed a lawsuit in court. Currently, W has not appeared, waiting for a statement from Rezky's side," he said.

2. Never Been Married

The figure of W himself has never been exposed to the public. According to his lawyer's confession, his client had a relationship with Rezky when the actor already had a girlfriend.

Indeed, the 36-year-old man and W have never been married. However, they lived together under one roof until W became pregnant and gave birth to a daughter.

"There is no official or unofficial marriage between W and Rezky," he concluded.
