The Happiness of Robby Shine and Nastasya Shine with the Birth of Their Third Child, Still Curious About Having a Son

The baby girl, who was born via cesarean section at Eka Hospital Grand Family, Penjaringan North Jakarta, has been named Javinsya Rich Shine. She weighs 2.75 kg and is 48 cm long.

Robby and Nastasya are very grateful for the birth of their healthy daughter. They view the birth of this third child as a gift from Allah SWT.

“We are very grateful and happy to receive the gift of a third child, hopefully she will be smart and love her family,” Robby, the owner of Duo Shine Fitness and Shine Russia Skincare, told reporters at Eka Hospital Grand Family on Tuesday (20/08/2024).

Robby explained that the name Javinsya Rich Shine was chosen spontaneously. The name was inspired by their second child's name, Honey Rich Shine, who calls her older sister Jasmint Rich Shine by the name Javin.

“So we both agreed to name her Javinsya, taken from the way Honey Rich Shine calls her, and the Sya comes from my wife's last name. Meanwhile, Rich Shine is the family name,” Robby explained.

Nastasya Shine explained that this is her first time giving birth via cesarean section, while her two previous children were born normally. According to Nastasya, the cesarean was chosen due to the condition of the umbilical cord wrapping around the baby's neck, making it the best option for the safety of both the baby and the mother.

“My two children were born normally and this third one is a cesarean because the baby's neck is wrapped in the umbilical cord, and that was not my choice. Because of the dangers and risks for me, that’s why a cesarean was performed,” said Nastasya.

Nastasya emphasized that even though she did not feel the same pain as during a normal delivery, it does not diminish the feeling of being a mother. “This is not true, I have given birth normally twice and a cesarean is not easy either. So both normal and cesarean are painful and you still become a mother. The most important thing is how we show our love for the child,” Nastasya asserted.

Robby also added that his wife's comments about the birthing process aim to provide motivation. He emphasized that whether giving birth via cesarean or normally is a process based on the mother's condition and the doctor's decision.

2. Without Obstacles

“It's not like that, whether it's a cesarean or a normal delivery is a birthing process based on the condition of a mother as seen by the specialist doctor handling it,” said Robby.

Obstetrician Dr. Edihan Mardjuki, who handled the birth of Robby and Nastasya's three children, explained that the cesarean operation went smoothly without any issues.

“Thank God the operation went well without any difficulties. In normal deliveries, we are concerned about the umbilical cord wrapping around the baby's neck getting tighter, which can prevent the baby from breathing and can cause brain damage,” explained Dr. Edihan.

Robby and Nastasya got married in 2018 and have been blessed with three daughters: Jasmint Rich Shine (5 years old), Honey Rich Shine (2 years old), and Javinsya Rich Shine (newly born). Apparently, Robby still hopes to have a son.

“Basically, I will keep going to have a son, even if it means having twelve children, that's not a problem,” concluded Robby.
