Limbad has long been known for his image of never speaking. That's why during the Brownis event, Limbad whispered to the MC so that his answers would be represented by Wendy, Ivan Gunawan, and even Ayu Ting Ting.
Limbad confirmed that he was indeed detained because of his appearance with fangs, long curly hair, and was thought to be a demon. It turns out, according to Limbad, he has performed Umrah four times and has always looked like this.
Limbad said he was detained for 24 hours in Saudi Arabian immigration. During his detention, Limbad was played murotal with the intention of making him possessed and the 'demon' inside him would come out.
Limbad was only released from Saudi Arabian immigration when he was asked to read the Quran and it turned out he could read it.
Limbad said that during his umrah, he always became the center of attention for people, especially those who are not from Indonesia.
When asked if he had any intention to change his appearance so he wouldn't be suspected again, Limbad said he wouldn't. Especially since Limbad has looked like this since 1998.
