Kapanlagi.com - Behind her humor and innocent antics on screen, Mpok Alpa is a woman with very strong and noble life principles. Her husband, Adji Darmaji, recounts that one of the greatest principles that the late woman held was to never be a burden or trouble for others.

This principle led her to choose to keep her cancer illness a secret from her extended family, including her own parents. She did not want them to worry and be burdened by her condition.

"The point is, this late woman did not want to trouble others or be a burden on their minds like that," said Adji, Saturday (16/8/2025).

1. Always Want to Strive on Her Own

Even when her friends offered help, Mpok Alpa politely declined. For her, as long as she is still able to strive on her own, she will do it with all her strength.

"She said as long as we can, we should do it ourselves," said Adji, mimicking his wife's principle.

2. Giving More Than Receiving

It turns out that the noble principle of giving more than receiving is a teaching from her husband that has deeply resonated in her heart. Adji admits he is inspired by the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

"Because I once taught her that we really should give more than we receive. Because the Prophet Muhammad preferred giving over receiving. So that is the example," explained Adji.

3. Teachings That Are Always Practiced

That lesson was not only heard but truly practiced by Mpok Alpa in her daily life. Her husband was even left speechless when Mpok Alpa reminded him of that teaching when he refused help from others.

"So she said, 'you said it's better for us to give than to receive,' so she turned it back on him," reminisced Adji.

4. Diligent in Worship Amidst Busy Schedules

In addition to not wanting to trouble others, Mpok Alpa is also known as a person who is very diligent in worship. Amidst her busyness as an artist, she never neglects her duties as a Muslim woman.

"Yes, thank God (for worship), it doesn't hurt to worship, praying, and remembering (God) at home after Maghrib," her husband explained.

5. Daily Zikr Habit

It has even become her habit to do zikr every day after the Maghrib prayer until just before Isya, whenever she returns from shooting early.

"Shooting ends in the afternoon, she does zikr from after Maghrib until Isya," he concluded.
