The Mediation Session of Andre Taulany is Postponed Again, Judge Gives Final Opportunity

The judge assessed that the absence of the respondent made the mediation process incomplete and needed to be rescheduled. Galih Raka Siwi expressed his appreciation for the judge's decision to still provide a final opportunity for mediation.

"Well, it turns out that the judge assessed that in this case it is not yet complete because the respondent was not present. So, the respondent is given time, and I also thank the panel of judges who have made a decision or certainty today by providing a final opportunity. So, I coordinated with the mediator for Friday, because if it drags on, it would be unfortunate for Mr. Haji," said the legal counsel.

If the respondent is absent again at the meeting on Friday, the mediation will be declared a deadlock and the hearing will proceed directly to the main case. The legal process will continue without any additional opportunities.

"The judges only gave the last opportunity, this Friday, next Friday, for the mediation that is at a deadlock. So, whatever the decision will be, whether attended by the respondent or not, there will be no more mediation," explained Galih.

Regarding the household condition of Andre and Erin, the legal representative explained that Andre is really serious about wanting to separate. He has even given a written and verbal statement of divorce to his wife.

"Oh, from our side, it's said that Mr. Andre, from Tigaraksa to here, has been serious. He has even given what is called a written statement of divorce. Even if verbally, it has been expressed repeatedly by Mr. Andre," said Galih.

Although Erin's side is said to still want to maintain the household, Andre feels there is no longer any reason to continue the relationship that has lasted more than ten years. The decision to separate seems to be final from Andre's side.

"Yes, more or less like that, so there is no longer any term to continue from Mr. Andre, like that," he concluded.
