Kapanlagi.com - The South Jakarta Metro Police continue to investigate Nikita Mirzani's report regarding allegations of immorality and abortion involving her daughter Laura Meizani alias Lolly. The investigators are now preparing to hold a case examination after receiving the complete autopsy results of Lolly.
“So yesterday the investigators received the complete autopsy results. Therefore, the investigators are preparing to hold a case examination. Today the case examination is ongoing,” said AKP Nurma Dewi, Acting Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (18/10/2024).
Nurma mentioned that in the previous investigation process, the police had collected evidence and invited several parties for clarification. All the necessary data has now been prepared to support decision-making.
"Because indeed from the investigation, invitations for clarification have been sent, and the evidence has also been collected," she added.
In this case presentation, both Nikita Mirzani as the reporter and Vadel Badjideh as the reported party were absent. According to Nurma, this is part of the procedure that falls within the investigator's domain.
“In the case presentation, there are no two parties, this is indeed the investigator's domain,” she explained.
Nurma stated that her side cannot provide further details regarding the case developments until the case presentation is completed. After that, an official decision will be announced to the public.
“We will update later. After the case presentation, there will definitely be a decision made by the investigator,” said Nurma.
Previously, Lolly underwent a psychiatric examination at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM) on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. The examination was conducted with the assistance of PPPA and investigators.
Currently, Lolly's condition is reported to be better and stable, following a dramatic retrieval from her apartment some time ago. Nikita Mirzani hopes that this legal process can soon provide justice for her daughter.
