The Reason Ruben Onsu Didn't Add BLACKPINK Tickets for Sarwendah

Ruben Onsu's legal counsel, Minola Sebayang, revealed the chronology of the ticket purchase for the Blackpink concert that has drawn attention. He emphasized that from the beginning, Ruben bought the tickets to fulfill the wishes of his two daughters who are fans of the South Korean group. After the tickets were purchased, a series of questions arose regarding the type of tickets and the possibility of adding seats.

Minola mentioned that questions about the ticket category were raised repeatedly, until Ruben finally sent proof of purchase showing that the seats obtained were for sitting.

"When asked again, 'Is that ticket a sitting ticket or not?' Ruben answered, 'Of course it's sitting,' and then sent the proof of the Blackpink ticket," said Minola.

After that proof was sent, the questions shifted to the possibility of adding one ticket in the same row as the three tickets that Ruben already held. This situation then became the basis of the developing issue.

1. Tickets Prepared for the Children and Companion

According to Minola, Ruben initially prepared three tickets. The composition is for Ruben's two daughters and one companion. He added that Ruben did not mind who would accompany them, as long as both children could watch the concert safely.

"Who will accompany the children? If you can, then you will accompany them. But if you can't, a babysitter is fine, Onyo or anyone else is okay. The important thing is that the two girls can watch and have a companion," explained Minola.

He referred to this statement as Ruben's intention. The main focus is to ensure the children's needs are met, so the companion ticket is prepared flexibly without mentioning specific names. On the other hand, confirmation of the ticket category has also been done from the beginning through proof of purchase.

2. Request for One Seat in the Same Row

Minola revealed that after the issue of ticket types was addressed, another request came repeatedly: to add one seat in the same row as the three tickets that had been purchased. This request was mentioned again several times.

"What was asked again was, 'Can’t we add one in the same row?' Even though Ruben only bought three tickets," Minola explained.

He assessed that this was difficult to realize because the initial tickets had already been sold. The availability of seats in the identical row heavily depends on stock, which is likely already sold out.

"It’s not possible that we have already bought tickets, and then some time later request to add one in the same row. It must have already been sold," he said.

Minola mentioned that when Ruben no longer responded to the same question, a message appeared stating, "Sorry, this house is going to be auctioned." This message came after the request for an additional seat in the same row could not be fulfilled.

3. Replacement Steps: Four Tickets in the Second Schedule

According to Minola, Ruben can essentially strive for an additional ticket if the location is not required to be in the same row. A more flexible request allows for other options within the venue.

"If the request is for one more ticket anywhere as long as we can watch Blackpink together, maybe Ruben can arrange that. But the emphasis is that it has to be in the same row," he said.

Since adding seats exactly in the same row is not possible, an alternative plan was made. Minola stated that Ruben then purchased four tickets for the Blackpink show in the second schedule as a replacement.

Amid speculation that there are other parties present using tickets from Ruben, Minola emphasized that the total number of tickets purchased by Ruben is four, not more. He detailed that initially there were three tickets, then one more was requested, making it four.

"What’s certain is that it started with three tickets, then one was requested to be added, making it four. If there’s then a fifth person or a fifth ticket used to watch, that means it’s not a ticket bought by Ruben," Minola stressed.
