
The name Aris Kurniawan is closely associated with the image of an action actor in the era of colossal soap operas. However, behind the scenes, he is a resilient culinary entrepreneur who has built his business for over a decade. Who would have thought that the tahu bakso business, which is now one of his sources of income, has actually been started 12 years ago.
Aris recounts the beginning of his journey in the culinary world. The man from Pati, Central Java admits that it all started from his hobby of enjoying tahu bakso.
"If we talk about when it started, that was 12 years ago. It's been quite a while, yes, 12 years ago. There are many stories from that tahu bakso, back then we were just customers, and we loved eating tahu," said Aris Kurniawan during a conversation with KapanLagi.com, Monday (4/8/2025).
