These Are 4 Pieces of Evidence That Make Rachel Vennya a Suspect of Quarantine Violation

Kapanlagi.com - Celebgram Rachel Vennya is now officially a suspect in a quarantine violation case. Apart from former wife Nikko Al Hakim, there are 3 other people who have also been named suspects, Salim Nauderer her boyfriend, Maulina Khairunisa, manager, and one other person who helped them escape.

According to the Director of General Crime Investigation, Kombes Pol Tubagus Ade Hidayat, Rachel Vennya had undergone quarantine at RSDC Wisma Atlet after returning from the United States before eventually escaping.

"Based on witness testimony, she did indeed leave and did not go through the quarantine process. So her quarantine was not completed," Tubagus said when contacted on Thursday (4/11).

"This means that health protocols were not followed. That's why we are using the Disease Outbreak Law," Tubagus Ade Hidayat added.

According to Tubagus, there are 4 strong pieces of evidence that make Rachel Vennya declared as a suspect in the case of escaping from quarantine.

"Consisting of witness testimonies, expert testimonies, evidence clues, and document statements. Everything is proven here, that's why we designate the person as a suspect," Tubagus concluded.

For her actions, Rachel Vennya is charged under Article 93 of the Indonesian Law Number 6 of 2018 regarding Health Quarantine and Article 14 of the Law Number 4 of 1984 regarding Infectious Disease Outbreak.
