"I have OCD with a tendency towards depression. I'm currently confirming this by discussing it with a psychologist first," said Rina Nose as quoted by Insertlive.
"There is no cause, it can happen without reason and effect, but it could also be that there is no reason at all," she added.
Rina also shared that when she experiences depression, she tends to hibernate, sometimes for as long as a week without interacting with others.
"Hibernation usually means a full week just sitting quietly in one place," she concluded.
Rina admitted that she only started experiencing OCD attacks a few days ago. She chose to be alone with her beloved husband.
"A few days ago I experienced a sad issue and it affected the way I think and behave," revealed the 40-year-old artist.
