The polemic between musician and politician Ahmad Dhani and psychologist Lita Gading has entered a new chapter. After Ahmad Dhani hinted at taking legal action, Lita Gading, who is currently in Europe, responded with a calm demeanor and showed no fear.

The dispute began when Lita Gading commented on Ahmad Dhani's post about his ex-wife, Maia Estianty. Lita highlighted the potential psychological impact on Safeea Ahmad, Dhani's daughter from his marriage to Mulan Jameela, whom she mentioned is bearing a "mental burden".

The comment apparently ignited the emotions of the Dewa 19 frontman. Dhani is reported to be planning to report Lita to the police over her statement. However, instead of panicking, Lita actually displayed a very calm demeanor.

When contacted by the media regarding the threat of the report, the woman who is also known as a social observer admitted that she was not thinking too much about it.

She even mentioned that she was dealing with more important matters abroad.

"I don't know yet, I'm still on duty in Europe. So I'm not thinking about this kind of thing, just ask the netizens," said Lita Gading when contacted via phone on Thursday (10/7/2025).

Furthermore, this 54-year-old psychologist emphasized that he has not received any letter of formal warning or notification from Ahmad Dhani or the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) at all.

"Not at all. I am still in Europe. I just found out because many journalists are asking about this," he asserted.

His calm demeanor is reinforced by his belief that everything he has said has a solid basis and clear evidence. He feels there is no need to worry because digital footprints can prove everything.

"Just relax. All the evidence is in the digital footprint," he concluded briefly.
