Tio Pakusadewo's Legal Counsel Disappointed Tio Pakusadewo Has Not Been Rehabilitated Yet

Kapanlagi.com - The case file of the drug abuse case involving actor Tio Pakusadewo has been transferred to the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office (Kejari). When he came to Kejari, the star of the film SURAT DARI PRAHA remained silent. According to his lawyer, Aris Marasabessy, Tio Pakusadewo is indeed in poor health.

“Alhamdulillah (Thank God) he is healthy, but he did mention last night that he has hypertension. He also complained to me earlier,” said Aris Marasabessy when met at the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Thursday (13/8).

After leaving Kejari, Tio Pakusadewo was taken back to the Jakarta Metro Police. Despite being sick, Aris Marasabessy believes that his client is receiving good treatment. “But the health facilities at the police station are good. So we believe that he is being taken care of,” he added.

1. Disappointed Not Yet Rehabilitated

However, Aris Marasabessy expressed his disappointment because until now Tio Pakusadewo has not been rehabilitated even though he has received a recommendation letter from the National Narcotics Agency (BNN).

“To be honest, we have our own disappointment that BNN has issued a rehabilitation recommendation to him but he is still being detained,” said Aris Marasabessy.

2. Will Still Apply for Rehabilitation

After this, Aris Marasabessy will also apply for rehabilitation to the prosecutor's office. "We may also, in the next few days, make a request to the prosecutor's office so that he can receive treatment because BNN has already recommended it," said Aris Marasabessy.

Having been arrested twice for drug cases, Aris Marasabessy feels that the best place for Tio Pakusadewo is a hospital for rehabilitation. "With the second arrest of uncle Tio, it means that I convey that uncle Tio is still sick. Well, where is the place for a sick person? It's in the hospital," he concluded.
