"Today we are at the grand opening of my food that has finally been released. This is an Australian brand that I brought here, it has a sweet and spicy taste that is very Indonesian," said Olivia Jensen when met at Capricho in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta, Saturday (17/6).
"The special casual dining is grilled chicken which is the best seller taste in Australia. We also have variations of rice, and we also have crispy herbs chicken," she continued.
Olivia claims that the dishes listed on the Capricho menu are healthy food with an unusual spicy taste. For her, just eating delicious food is not enough, it also has to be healthy with fresh ingredients and quality spices.
"Because I am a lover of healthy living, I want that concept here. For me, food is not just delicious but also has to be healthy and the ingredients have to be healthy too. I look for fresh ingredients and various spices because for me, food is very important, not just delicious but also has a variety of colors, healthy, and also beautiful in appearance," she said.
In addition, Olivia wants her restaurant to be able to attract the attention of all people. Moreover, with affordable prices and a cozy dining place, Olivia Jensen is confident that she can satisfy the cravings of culinary lovers, both old, young, and even children.
"This is a casual dining concept but the prices are very affordable. We make it for all ages and for the entire market. We even have kids' meals, so it's perfect for families. I really think about the concept," she concluded.
