Kapanlagi.com - Tubagus Joddy, as the driver who drove Vanessa Angel and Bibi Andriansyah's car, has now been declared a suspect. It is known that due to the driver's negligence, the car driven by Vanessa and Bibi was involved in a fatal accident that resulted in their deaths.

Milano, a friend and former legal representative of Vanessa, stated that it is indeed appropriate for Tubagus Joddy to be a suspect. Because initial evidence has been obtained by the East Java police.

"Because the initial evidence at the time of the incident was already in the possession of the East Java Police. From the beginning, I said that Joddy would definitely become a suspect as soon as possible," said Milano when met at Tribrata Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta, on Wednesday night (10/11).

In the same occasion, Doddy Sudrajat, the father of the late Vanessa Angel, responded to this matter. He said that he would leave all legal processes for Tubagus Joddy to his legal counsel and the authorities.

"As for our family's response, we leave the legal process of Jody to the East Java Police. We just have to wait, but there will definitely be charges, even though our family is not demanding it," said Doddy Sudrajat.

Furthermore, representing the family, Milano hopes that Tubagus Joddy can be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. Because according to him, the unfortunate incident happened because of the driver's intentional act.

"We want this driver to be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible, friends say the threat is six years, we will find what else can be included in the indictment, we want it to be layered," said Milano.

"From the beginning, I said I disagreed with the notion of a mistake because by making that video, there was an intentional act, because he created content at such a high speed, there was intentionality, in my opinion," he concluded.
