Panji admitted this when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Friday (11/8). Panji also mentioned that the anxiety he experienced emerged when the doctor diagnosed him with diabetes.

"What made me drop a lot was that I went to a psychiatrist because I also have anxiety, excessive anxiety. The doctor said that being thin is not from diabetes but from thoughts. I have a lot on my mind, so now I just say bismillah and rely on God. After all, there are still many people who are sicker than Panji," said Panji.

However, a man named Muhammad Panji tried to continue thinking positively. In this way, he could eventually overcome the anxiety caused by his diabetes.

"To fight, sometimes we think that it may not be fought, for example, I have to take medicine every day for the rest of my life, drink herbal medicine or something. Just fight against our own thoughts, people will definitely take medicine," he said.

"For example, if I eat rice, my diabetes will increase and I will die quickly. So, I think whether I eat rice and die or not eat rice and die, it's the same," he continued.

In addition, after knowing that he has a serious illness, Panji also maintains a healthy lifestyle to keep himself fit.
