When met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Friday afternoon (5/7), Amel Carla said that Aaliyah often confides in her. Including about her love story with Thariq, Amel always becomes a good listener.
However, Amel said that Aaliyah's complaints about her relationship with Thariq always lean towards the positive. Therefore, Amel considers Aaliyah's decision to accept Thariq's proposal to be right.Â
"Aal confides, and, thank God, as long as she confides in Thariq, it has never been anything negative, everything goes smoothly, everything is fine," said Amel Carla.
"That's why I hope from the beginning that their relationship goes smoothly to its destination, thank God there is some truth to it, let's pray for the best for them because a relationship that starts off well will hopefully end well," she continued.
When asked further, Amel does not deny that Aaliyah Massaid does have a desire to get married at a young age. However, it is only a wish from her friend.Â
However, for Amel, getting married at a young age is not a problem, as long as the responsibility of a marriage can be fulfilled properly.
"So she is one of those people who might want to get married at a young age, but Aal has a lot of older siblings, and I said, 'Is it okay if your older siblings get married first?' She said it's okay because this is just a desire," said Amel Carla.
"Then I said, as a friend, I pray for the best if getting married is for worship, there's nothing wrong with it," she concluded.
